What you're buying

A personal license to use the digital product you ordered: the Claude skill files, and for the Pro tier, the prompts file and the private page it's downloaded from.

You can use it on your own sites and on client projects. You may not resell, share, or redistribute the files, the prompts, or your private page link.

Payment

Prices are in Egyptian pounds (EGP). Payment is by InstaPay. Your order is confirmed only after we manually verify your transfer. We may reject an order if we can't verify the transfer.

Delivery

After confirmation we email you a download link. It works for 7 days and up to 5 downloads. The Pro tier's prompts file and private page don't expire.

Keep your links private. We may revoke access if a link is shared publicly or abused.

Third-party tools

The skill needs Claude (by Anthropic) and WordPress with Elementor. These are separate products with their own terms and pricing, and we're not affiliated with either company. We don't control them, and changes to them can affect how the skill works.

AI output: no guarantees

The skill works by giving instructions to Claude, an artificial intelligence (AI) model. AI can make mistakes. It can misunderstand a request, produce incorrect, incomplete or unexpected results, change or remove content you didn't intend to change, and behave differently from one attempt to the next. Results also depend on your Claude plan, your WordPress and Elementor versions, your theme and plugins, and updates by Anthropic or Elementor, none of which we control.

You stay in control of your site and are solely responsible for it. Review every change before publishing, test on a staging copy where you can, and keep up-to-date backups before using the skill.

We make no promise that the skill will meet your needs, work without errors, or produce any particular result. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Loai Amr is not responsible or liable for any mistake made by the AI, for the AI or the skill not performing as intended or expected, or for any resulting loss or damage, including lost or corrupted content or data, broken layouts, site downtime, lost sales or revenue, or the cost of fixing or restoring your site.

An AI result you're not happy with, or the AI not performing as you expected, is not a defect in the product and is not grounds for a refund once files have been downloaded.

Liability

The product is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
