Refund policy

These are digital products, delivered instantly and impossible to “return”, so the policy is short:

After download: no refunds

Once you've downloaded any file from your order (or opened your private page), the sale is final.

Before download

If you haven't downloaded anything yet, reply to your order email within 7 days of payment and we'll cancel the order and refund your transfer.

Something's broken?

If a file is corrupted or a link doesn't work, reply to your order email and we'll fix it or send it again. That's not a refund case, we just make it right.

Transfer not confirmed

If we can't confirm your InstaPay transfer, we cancel the order, email you, and process your refund within 24–48 hours at most, back to the same payment method you used.
